The Campbell County Commission had a few things to talk about, so they scheduled a retreat.
They arrived at the established meeting place, turned off their cellphones and for the next few hours, they turned their full attention to the topics at hand — topics like the budget, the Optional 1 Percent Sales Tax, the county departments, the commission’s goals and how to accomplish them.
