CHEYENNE, Wyo. — First Lady Carol Mead is traveling Wyoming and reading to school children to promote literacy.

Mead's will be in Gillette and Saratoga on Friday and will be in Casper next Monday.

Mead has been reading to children at locations around the state. She says it's a delight to meet children and share good books. All children are welcome to join her for the story times.

On Friday, she will be at the Gillette Library from 11:15 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. and the Saratoga Library from 2:45 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. She will be at the Natrona County Library on Mon., March 18, at 11:30 a.m.
