Jack Benjamin Hansen, 35, of Casper passed away on Tuesday morning, Jan. 22, 2013, at the Wyoming Medical Center.
J.B. was born in Sheridan, Wyo., on May 29, 1977, to Jack and Frances Hansen. He spent his childhood on a ranch in Decker, Mont., and finished his education in Sheridan. J.B. went on to pursue an education in welding and fabrication. With this education, he started his own business Hansco Metals. In addition to his welding business, J.B. also had a business farming and haying, as he had a passion for green tractors.
J.B. leaves behind a daughter Morgan and a son Jack to be born in April. He also leaves behind a fiancee Sarah Tischer of Casper, Wyo.; parents Jack and Frances Hansen of Sheridan, Wyo.; two sisters Kathy Hansen of Medicine Bow, Wyo., and Teresa (Nick) Eyrich of Custer, S.D.; nephew Enoch; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
A Celebration of Life for J.B. will be at 1 p.m. Monday, Jan. 28, 2013, at the Cornerstone Church in Sheridan, Wyo., with Pastor Tony Foreman officiating. A reception will follow at the church.
