A funeral service for Richard Eugene Bower, 61, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 3, 2013 at Wheatland United Methodist Church in Wheatland, Wyo., with Lori Moddesitt of the All Saint’s Episcopal Church officiating.
Richard, a resident of Wheatland, died Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2012, at his home of natural causes.
He was born Feb. 10, 1951, in Williamsport, Pennsylvania the son of James E. and Jessie (Nick) Bower.
Memorials may be made to the Richard E. Bower Engineering Scholarship Fund in care of P.O. Box 816, Wheatland, WY 82201, would be appreciated by the family.
Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2013, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. to and on Thursday, Jan, 3, 2013, from 9 a.m. to noon.
Arrangements are under the direction of Gorman Funeral Homes – Platte Chapel of Wheatland.
